This program is designed for Australian psychiatrists (including trainees and early- to mid-career practitioners) who want guidance, mentorship, and strategies to thrive both professionally and personally.

No. This is not therapy, clinical supervision, or medical treatment. It is a professional mentoring and coaching program focused on career development, wellbeing, and leadership skills.

Sessions are conducted online via Zoom (or another agreed platform). Group coaching calls and private sessions are scheduled in advance.

Program duration varies depending on the package you select. Details (number of sessions, access to resources, and group calls) will be outlined in your Offer Letter.

Group sessions are often recorded, and replays will be available. Private sessions must be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, otherwise the session may be forfeited.

Yes. Private coaching sessions are strictly confidential. For group sessions, we ask all participants to respect the privacy of others. Recordings may be used for educational purposes only with your consent.

Results vary depending on your level of engagement and effort. The program provides tools, frameworks, and mentorship, but your outcomes will depend on how you apply them.

Fees vary by program package. Details will be provided in your Offer Letter or on the program page. All fees must be paid prior to access unless a payment plan is arranged.

We comply with Australian Consumer Law. Refunds are only available where required by law or if explicitly stated in your program agreement.

Some elements of the program may be relevant for Continuing Professional Development (CPD), but it is your responsibility to confirm eligibility with RANZCP or other professional bodies.
