Dr. Frank Chow Online Coaching & Mentoring

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) set out the agreement between you (“the Client”) and Dr. Frank Chow / 2OP Health (“the Coach”, “we”, “us”) for participation in our online coaching and mentoring programs. By enrolling or purchasing, you agree to these Terms.
1. Nature of Services
- The Program provides mentoring, education, and professional development for psychiatrists and medical professionals.
- Coaching is not medical, therapeutic, or psychiatric treatment, nor is it financial, legal, or investment advice.
- The purpose is to support your growth, performance, and wellbeing as a professional.
2. Engagement & Participation
- Coaching may include live sessions, group calls, workshops, and access to digital resources.
- For coaching to be effective, you agree to actively participate (attend sessions on time, complete integration work, and contribute to group activities respectfully).
- Sessions are delivered via Zoom (or another agreed platform).
3. Scheduling & Attendance
- Private coaching sessions must be booked in advance using the scheduling link provided.
- Late arrivals will reduce your allocated session time.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be treated as a completed session.
4. Confidentiality
- We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Information shared in private or group coaching will not be disclosed without your consent, unless required by law.
- Group sessions may be recorded for participants’ benefit. Private session recordings will only be shared with you and deleted after the program ends.
- By joining group coaching, you consent to your image, voice, or contributions being used for educational and promotional purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing.
5. Fees & Payment
- Fees are as stated in your Offer Letter or Program page.
- Payment is required before access is granted, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Payment methods may attract processing fees (e.g., card or PayPal).
6. Refunds & Consumer Rights
- We comply with Australian Consumer Law. If the service has a major fault, you may be entitled to a remedy.
- Change of mind or inability to attend is not a valid ground for refund.
- Specific refund guarantees (if any) will be outlined in your Offer Letter.
7. Intellectual Property
- All program materials (videos, templates, guides, slides) are owned by Dr. Frank Chow / 2OP Health.
- You are granted a licence for personal and professional use only. Materials must not be copied, shared, or repurposed commercially.
8. Client Conduct
You agree to:
- Treat all participants respectfully and uphold professional standards.
- Avoid sharing confidential details of peers outside the group.
- Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or disruptive conduct.
We reserve the right to remove participants who breach this code of conduct, without refund.
9. Limitation of Liability
- We make every effort to provide high-quality mentoring. However, results may vary depending on your effort and circumstances.
- To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Program.
10. Modifications & Access
- We may update or adjust elements of the Program (schedules, formats, content) as needed.
- Reasonable notice will be given of major changes.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be handled under this jurisdiction.
